Shipping, Return and Exchanges Policies

Estimated shipping times from Malaysia to your shipping address using registered mail (www.pos.com.my)

All items will be carefully packed and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelope. Some items may come to you in a box. Shipping and handling charges are inclusive of wrapping, packaging and postage charges.

Local shipping within both Peninsular and East Malaysia will be using local logistics providers including primarily J&T and DHL, shipping may take from 3 to 7 working days depending on location and season (peak period / holidays)

International delivery via POS Malaysia may take approximately 15 to 30 business days, depending on your location and subject to custom clearance. It may take longer period to be delivered during peak and holiday seasons. We provide a tracking number for your reference. Express shipping can be arranged if needed so do ask us about it immediately upon purchase, additional courier fees will apply (range estimated between USD40 to USD70). We can deliver worldwide except Israel (due to our local post policy).

Signature is required for delivery. If no one is at home, you will receive a card to collect your parcel from local post office. If you fail to collect during the stated time frame, parcel will be returned as "unclaimed". You will need to pay for shipping for re-delivery.

Customs and import taxes

Kindly note that buyers are responsible to bear any additional tariffs, import taxes, custom fees, duties, etc.

Returns & exchanges

We offer a 30 days return & exchange policy, however buyers are responsible for re-shipping charges if the parcel is returned to us after delivery.
